After a pleasant evening in Christchurch, we picked up our campervan yesterday. Nick fearlessly took the (right-side-of-the-car) wheel and drove us a few hours to our first campsite.

Not a huge van, but equipped with a kitchen and a seating area that folds into a bed and a surprising amount of storage.

True to the hype, every turn of our drive was stunning.

We found a pretty epic campsite for our first night on the road.

The view from our bed in the morning was unbeatable.

Plus we got the best table in the house for breakfast.
