In addition to the central post office (which was designed by Gustave Eiffel of Eiffel Tower fame) and the Notre Dame Cathedral, we went into the War Remnants museum. It was fascinating getting the opposing side's perspective on the Vietnam war. It has some really brutal war / Agent Orange photography though, very much not for the faint of heart.

Before dinner, we stopped at Chill Sky Bar to get a bird's eye view of the city and watch the sun set. Great vistas, terrible drinks.

Dinner was at a vegetarian restaurant called Hum. Super delicious vegetarian fare, great cocktails, and a very attentive, friendly staff to boot. Highly recommend it.
